Rapid drying for early utilisation Superior self-smoothing propertyARDEX K 35 has been especially designed to produce rapid drying self-levelling and smoothing underlayment when applied to absorbent and non-absorbent subfloors. ARDEX K 35 contains high quality synthetic resins, special binder and selected fillers so that, when mixed with water, a fluid easily trowelled mortar with free-flowing properties is produced. The mixed mortar can be applied from min. 2 mm to maximum thickness of 10 mm in one application. For thickness more than 10 mm and up to 20mm, two applications at 10mm each are required. The product can be mixed with dry clean screed sand (3-5mm) for a base mix thickness of more than 15mm up to 50mm in one application, top up with 2 – 3mm of ARDEX K 35 Prior To Laying The floor covering.

- Rain damaged concrete which has been mechanically prepared
- Existing quarry and ceramic tile
- Steel decking (contact ARDEX Technical Services)
- Timber floors (contact ARDEX Technical Services)
- Damp or moisture vulnerable concrete when used in conjunction with an ARDEX moisture control system
Location : Internal in above or below grade applications Colurs : Grey Working Time : approx. 20 minutes Drying Time: Walkable in 3 hours. Ready for vinyl in 24 hours
